B & L Information Services publishes monographs on a variety of environmental topics. Since commencing operation in 1980, we have released a number of texts touching on municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, purification of drinking water supplies, soil remediation, and recovery of valuable constituents from liquid and solid wastes. Some of these are now out of print; others have been completely revised, expanded and updated. For example, Color Removal from Textile Mill Effluents and Protein Recovery from Food Processing Wastewaters, two of our early publications, are both out of print. Utilizing Waste Activated Sludge for Animal Feeding has been incorporated into a new release entitled Novel Uses of Waste Activated Sludge. The 1986 edition of Removal of Heavy Metals from Wastewaters was rewritten in 1996 as Removal/Recovery of Heavy Metals from Wastewaters. New titles are added according to the time constraint of the participating authors. All the contributors are involved in pollution control with many years of experience.
